Mac DVD Cloner is a powerful Mac DVD copy software that can clone DVD with 1:1 ratio to DVD folder or DVD disc. It can even remove DVD protections such as CSS, RC, RCE, APS, UOPs and ARccOS, and let you share your DVD without any limitation.

Installation

Double-click the installation file "Mac DVD Cloner. dmg" to start it on your Mac, then install it according to the introduction given.

Step 1. Inserting DVD disc

Insert the DVD disc you want to copy in the DVD-ROM of your Mac, and then you should wait a second reading the data of the disc.

Step 2. Settings for output DVD

Click Open button to load DVD movie.

You can click Main Movie Copy or Full Disc Copy button to choose main movie or the whole DVD to get copied.

Click Settings button to set the Preferences

Temporary folder: store DVD movie temporary as a folder. If you don’t want to change it, just leave it by default.

Copy Method:

Normal: for Unencrypted and CSS Encrypted DVD. When Normal copy method is used, the program will focus on scanning the main movie title in a DVD. If there is bad cell in the main movie title, a prompt window will come up asking you to choose Enhanced copy method.

Enhanced: for Encrypted DVD that has bad sectors and requires more times to decrypt. When Enhanced copy method is used, the program will try to read out as much titles as it can be detected in a DVD, and it will then copy all detected titles. Particularly, the program is able to identify the main movie during the scanning process, and skip all bad cells during copying process.

It's recommended to use the Enhanced Copy Method to copy the most recent DVD movies like G.I. Joe, especially for Disney DVD movies.

Delete temporary folder when task finished: mark this checkbox if you want to delete the temporary folder when finishing copy DVD.

Input: Build-in DVD-ROM as the input source is recommended

Output: you can choose DVD folder or DVD-ROM as output path

Note:

If you want to shrink DVD-9 to DVD-5, please choose 4.7 GB as output file size.

Step 3. Start Cloning DVD

Click Copy button to start cloning DVD

Note:

Once the program finishes the copying process, the DVD movie disc will eject automatically, and you will be prompted to insert a blank DVD disc.

Take out the DVD movie disc; insert a blank DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW to get it copy.

Wait for a while, then a new DVD copy is created!
